Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, the successful candidate with be assigned several key partner accounts and will be responsible for building relationships that translate into increased revenue opportunities through our unique products.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for increasing customer loyalty, by continually answering to the needs of your partner accounts. A successful relationship manager will understand the needs of their account partners and understand how best to address their need to maximize gaming revenues. A strong candidate will be able to develop a marketing plan using customer feedback and system capabilities.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

 

Qualifications:

  • Perform analysis of gaming revenues on a regular basis and identify increased revenue opportunities
  • Develop an expert level understanding of all gaming related products, games and systems used to increase gaming volumes
  • Be able to evaluate various situations, with respect relationship management, and determining how to handle the situation that provides the best possible outcome for the company
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures as they apply to the position
  • Provide high level customer service in a timely manner to both our gaming partners and fellow team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Business Development progress

 

 

Requirements:

  • 2 Years of prior experience performing same or similar job duties preferred
  • 2 Years of prior experience in gaming or hospitality industry preferred
  • 2 Years of providing high level of guest service
  • Ability to use standard office equipment, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong Microsoft Excel and Access skill highly desired
  • Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to learn
  • Basic analytical/statistical understanding and ability to perform functions where appropriate
  • Must have or apply for and receive a Gaming Registration with the NV Gaming Control Board
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, 4 year college degree preferred
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Occasionally push and/or pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. at floor, knee, and waist level
  • Occasional standing and walking
  • Frequent sitting and working on a computer
  • Constant use of hearing and vision, sitting, distinguishing between shades of color, using tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity
  • Ability to work in various conditions such as indoor, outdoor and noisy environments
  • Ability to tolerate second hand smoke
