Qualifications

  • Ability to complete basic mechanical and electrical tasks including work with high and low voltage electrical
  • Be knowledgeable of Illinois Gaming Board regulations and how these standards apply to the Service and Installation personnel
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow documentation, including technical information
  • Minimum of 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler’s License from the Illinois Gaming Board
  • Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 1100 pounds

Summary

The Installation Technician is accountable for the installation of Video Gaming Terminal equipment at various customer locations. The Installer is also responsible for the installation of the equipment and safety and quality testing according to Illinois Gaming Board standard guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the installation of Video Gaming Terminal equipment at various customer locations
  • Maintenance of accurate records, paperwork, and communication of all data on customer sites
  • Troubleshoot gaming devices and repair as needed
  • Complete all necessary documentation for device entry and logs
  • Deliver product from company location to customer locations
  • Communicate with call center to efficiently manage installations
  • Manage inventory of the installation truck to ensure parts are available when repairs are needed
