Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall development and implementation of front and back-end software applications. Your responsibilities will extend from designing system architecture to high-level programming, performance testing, and systems integration.
To ensure success as a senior full-stack engineer, you should have advanced programming skills, experience with application development, and excellent troubleshooting skills. You also should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The Full Stack Engineer is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:
- Meeting with the software development team to define the scope and scale of software projects.
- Design software system architecture.
- Design and implement scalable web services, applications, and APIs with suitable data structures and design patterns.
- Develop and maintain internal software tools.
- Write low-level and high-level code.
- Troubleshoot and conduct bug fixes.
- Identify bottlenecks and improve software efficiency.
- Write technical documents.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- 9 years in programming.
- Self-driven & analytical thinking.
- Solid software performance and troubleshooting skills
- Solid security best practices.
- Solid architecture and system design best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies.
- Experience in building Rich Single Page Applications using React and TypeScript
- Comfortable working with frontend tools and frameworks (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Vue, Ember, Svelte)
- Comfortable working with backend tools and frameworks (e.g. Web servers, Django, SQL, NodeJS, Redis, other Relational and Non-relational Database)
- Familiarity with one of these languages: Java, Go, TypeScript, C , Python, and its newer specification
- Familiarity with CI/CD
- Experience in microservices development.
- Experience in container technology such as Docker
- Flexibility in working with people coming from different timezones
