WHAT YOU’LL DO :
You will spend all of your time in a Verizon Wireless location where you’ll build relationships with all store employees, obtain referrals, and engage with customers.
You will also :
- Work collaboratively with others to serve customers
- Be the store’s guru on everything Verizon Fios, which includes attending every training opportunity
- Listen for and evaluate customer needs, and provide solutions
- Demonstrate and sell leading edge Verizon Fios services, like internet, TV, and home phone
- Comply with all company and retail policies and procedures and leverage authorized incentive programs to drive referrals
