Accellor is expanding its sales team across the US by adding multiple Sales Directors to build relationships with new Fourtune 2000 clients. This role involves hunting for net-new sales in various industry verticals and leveraging our deep partnerships with ISVs for lead generation. The primary objective is to establish new accounts capable of generating $5-10 million in business within 24-36 months of signing.
- Focus on acquiring new business from F-2000 organizations.
- Develop connections with CXOs and other leaders in customer IT organizations and identify key decision-makers to build and strengthen relationships.
- Understand client challenges and offer solutions that deliver tangible business impact.
- Maintain a growth-oriented mindset, focusing on securing long-term potential clients.
- Collaborate with external alliances and partnerships to identify opportunities for joint propositions and solutions for customers.
- Provide leadership, setting a vision for the growth of targeted accounts, mobilizing cross-functional teams, and leading them to close significant deals.
- Collaborate with solutions, pre-sales, delivery, and engineering teams to develop creative, robust, and customized solutions to complex business problems.
- Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
- Consult with clients to create custom solutions that address their business problems.
- Foster excellent client relationships while embodying company values.
- Proven business development experience in acquiring new accounts, penetrating, growing, and scaling within F2000 companies.
- Experience in selling a broad suite of IT services with a strong understanding of technology and vertical platforms.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience with an IT services company with global delivery models.
- Ability to build rapport and connect at the C-suite level to nurture and grow accounts over 18-24 months.
- Demonstrated success in consultative selling within a team environment and building new business.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
At Accellor, we believe in equitable compensation. The base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 with an uncapped commission structure, subject to change. Your actual pay will depend on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
