Position Summary
This position will learn the overall business areas and assist the CFO in guiding office staff with transitioning to a new core processing system. Always projects a positive and friendly image for the credit union through interactions with members and co-workers.
Essential Functions

- Responsible for the core processor conversion project including assessing future needs, requesting proposals, interviewing and analyzing potential vendors, and implementation of new system.
- Assist with leading employees through acceptance of the new system and ensure staff is properly trained on new system.
- Confers with project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and execution.
- Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budgets
- Review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedule or plan as required. Prepare project reports for management, client, or others.
- Give guidance on updating procedures for different areas.
- Facilitates a positive work environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
