Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading tool manufacturer in the Wake Forest area who is looking for a Tool and Die Maker to join their team. This is a direct hire position working 1st shift Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
· Mold Maker will fabricate, repair, and maintain precision tools, dies, and molds
· Mold Maker will build plastic injection molds, blow molds, and compression molds
· Mold Maker will interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
· Mold Maker will set up and operate a variety of machine tools and equipment.
· Mold Maker will inspect tools and dies for quality and precision.
· Mold Maker will troubleshoot and resolve tooling and die-related issues.
· Mold Maker will collaborate with engineers and other team members to optimize tool and die designs.
· Mold Maker will maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
· Candidate must have at least 3 years of tool and die making experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
· Candidate must have experience crafting molds, tools, and dies
· Candidates must have a strong knowledge of machining and heat treatment
· Candidates must be computer savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Candidates with a trade school diploma or completion of an apprenticeship program preferred
