Job Posting for Project Manager – Land Planner at Accentuate Staffing
Accentuate Staffing is working with a growing environmental client in Raleigh. The Project Manager position is an opportunity to work directly with clients while leading a team that includes a project engineer and a CAD designer. The project type is mostly commercial projects that range from under 1-acre to 5 acres. They are open to experience with commercial development or also open to municipality experience.
The qualified candidate will:
- Have experience managing and guiding commercial developments through the site development and civil engineering processes
- Develop project plans including but not limited to goal, strategy, identification of risk, scheduling, budget, allotment of resources, analysis of development alternatives and communicate with team
- Responsible for managing multiple projects while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction
- Communicate to team and customers on status of projects
- Provide day-to-day guidance for projects’ activities
- Identify and solve projects’ challenges with team members
- Evaluate resources, monitor schedules and workflow
- Write proposals for leads and existing clients
- Maintain and build client relationships
Qualifications
- College degree in related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of land planning, civil engineering, or related experience
- Experience working with city officials and guiding projects through the permitting and review process
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills, creativity, and mature judgement
- Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
