What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sanitation Supervisor position at Accentuate Staffing?
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a beverage manufacturer in the Garner area recruit a Sanitation Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire, night shift opportunity working Sunday-Thursday 10pm-8am, with overtime required monthly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the sanitation operations of the production facility
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Train and supervise a team of up to 13 sanitation workers
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked at all times
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly
- Prepare production lines for production
- Maintain records and reports related to sanitation activities
Requirements:
- Must have previous sanitation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must have leadership experience as well as strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Must be familiar with Clean In Place Processed and Production Processes
