Responsibilities include:
- Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application
- Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running
- Accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge
- Sustain and refresh the ITSM suite to include the platform, portal, workflow, processes, etc.
- Leads the requirements analysis, design, modification, development, and implementation of software programming applications
- Reviews and approves test cases, processes, and impact assessments
- Develops, reviews, and approves software documentation
- Provides technical insight and advice to customers and senior leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience of software engineering or 6 years of experience of software engineering and Associates degree or 4 years of experience of software engineering and Bachelors degree or 2 years of experience of software engineering and Masters degree or PhD
- Experience in designing, modifying, developing, writing, documenting, or implementing software programming applications/operating systems
- Expertise in a variety of software concepts, practices, and procedures with more advanced experience and skills in specialized software products
- Knowledgeable of applicable business lines/industries and understands the relationship between technical and business needs
- Experience with at least one of: BMC Truesight, HP NNM, ServiceNow or Riverbed Aternity
- Security certification or possess baseline and full computing environment certifications for IAT-II IAW DoD 8570.01-M within 6 months from date of hire to obtain this certification

- An active TS/SCI clearance is required to start
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
