Digital Marketing Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Austin, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Digital Marketing Senior Manager in Austin, TX, and the job duties are as follows:
- Build and lead multiple delivery teams across regions.
- Craft, price, and negotiate delivery solutions with clients.
- Collaborate with client executive team as a strategic advisor to define program vision, goals, and priorities.
- Serve as senior Delivery Lead for complex programs to achieve agreed upon tasks, deliverable goals, and Key Performance Indicators.
- Lead monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews for client executives and engagements.
- Collaborate with client's senior management and delivery project management to report on and address issues throughout delivery.
- Mentor Accenture analyst, consultant, and manager-level team members to enhance their skills.
- Serve as a key subject matter advisor to create solutions and resource models for new business development pursuits.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Design, Marketing, or related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in marketing.
Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following:
- Performing digital design, marketing, and analytics for digital products;
- Writing and responding to client Request for Proposal documents;
- Leading all activities associated with new sales and engagement renewals including client presentations, proposal construction, and Statement of Work creation;
- Working on service design of a multi-touch customer journey, including digital delivery platforms and data sources; and
- Mentoring and developing junior employees on delivery teams.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
- Working in transactional conversion-focused industries, including eCommerce, Travel, Insurance, or Consumer Banking; and
- Utilizing Intelligent Personalization Platforms, including Adobe Experience Platform and Pega Systems, to set personalization strategy.
Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing front-end, client-side, and full-stack engineering experimentation technologies to set experimentation strategy; and
- Utilizing qualitative insights technologies to conduct usability research, including UserTesting or WEVO Conversion.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 75% of the time to meet client needs.
