You Are:
The SAP ABAP developer will help support ongoing enhancement, operations, and maintenance activities for a large transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and document ABAP code used in RICEFW Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms and Workflows objects
- Provide optimization, enhancement and O M support for ABAP applications which perform financial and business management functions on SAP instances
- Participate in the analysis of the customer s business operations to validate requirements and scope, suggest process improvements, and assist in level of effort LOE estimation, if required
- Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents, and conduct unit, integration, and release testing to validate functionality
- Support end users, Acceptance Testing activities, and participate in Production Operations and Release Management support
- Extend SAP standard functionality using ABAP Objects and other modern SAP technologies.
- Adhere to strict development standards and conduct code reviews
- Communicate effectively with Management providing status information, suggesting corrective actions, and taking direction when decisions are made and diverse customer organizations accepting guidance and feedback on requirements
Applicant will have access to export-controlled material and must be a US person defined as a US citizen, US permanent resident, or has achieved refugee status or been granted asylum in the US.
Here's What You Need:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ABAP Development
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with developing software in SAP NetWeaver ABAP Stack environments using ABAP Objects, ABAP Reports, ABAP online transactions, or Webdynpro
- High School Diploma or GED
Bonus Points If:
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Experience with Interface dialog programming, BAPI, ALE and IDOCs
- Experience with User Exits, BADIs, and Batch Programming
- Experience in report development with ALV s, drill down and PDF forms
- Experience with the SAP ABAP Data Dictionary and other SAP repository objects
- Experience with RESTful APIs e.g. OData and SAP Gateway
- Experience with effective code optimization, program performance analysis and tuning experience
- Bachelor's Degre
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
