The Cloud Solution Architect role is to support ISVs in building well architected apps, across the Microsoft tech stack, and to publish those apps to one of the Microsoft Cloud Marketplaces. Enabling ISVs through digital transformation by leveraging [Azure, Dynamics 365, Modern Work Platform]. CSA’s are expected to be evangelists of the ISV Success Program and provide best in class experience and guidance on building with Microsoft. Working within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to help educate customers at a technical level, demonstrate and prove our solutions, and drive ISV’s to successfully publish into our marketplaces.
This is a high-visibility program with strong leadership support that aims at bringing ISVs into the Microsoft eco-system, to then help them build, publish, and grow applications through the Microsoft Cloud Marketplaces.
Basic Qualifications
1 year of customer facing experience in a tech sales or support role focused on solution architecture.
Experience in one of the following:
Azure:
2 years of broad technical experience with Microsoft Azure; deeper focus around ISVs (app development, data & AI, AKS, Cloud Native, GitHub, and Azure Marketplace).
BizApps:
2 years of broad technical experience with D365 & Power Platform; deeper focus around ISVs (AppSource, Dynamics & Power platform).
Modern Workplace:
2 years of broad technical experience with M365; deeper focus around ISVs (Teams and Graph API app dev).
Preferred Qualifications
Azure
Deep understanding:
o Experience working with Azure or similar solutions preferred.
o Microsoft Well Architected Framework.
o Understanding of Cloud Platforms and the ability to engage with ISV technical leadership as a trusted adviser. Requires the ability to articulate and present the business value of Microsoft’s Apps & Infra and/or Data & AI related cloud solutions and have firm understanding of Microsoft’s Cloud.
o Have one of the following Associate Certifications (or equivalent): Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203), Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), or prepared to attain certification within 3 months.
o Preferred Cloud Specialization in one of key areas: Data & Analytics, App Innovation & AI, Infrastructure & Security.
Dynamics
Deep understanding:
o Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in one or more of the following workloads Customer Engagement, Finance and Operations, Business Central, Power Apps.
o Commercial cloud offerings, ideally Microsoft’s cloud platform, as well as competitive knowledge of other business applications solutions and related ecosystems.
o Have one of the following Associate Certifications (or equivalent): Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), or prepared to attain certification within 3 months.
Modern Workplace
Deep Understanding:
o Deep technical experience in Office 365 including SharePoint, Teams, Security, Power Apps, and Power BI.
o Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance and how they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions.
o Broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture.
o Have one of the following Associate Certifications (or equivalent): Developer Associate (MS-600), Security Administrator Associate (MS-500), Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700), Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), or prepared to attain certification within 3 months.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
