You Are:
Accenture is seeking a Content Manager to manage and develop content related to Industrial Operations categories including Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO); Facilities Services; Technical Services; Construction and Engineering Services; Equipment; and other related indirect spend. We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Content Manager duties include curating, organizing, producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, and formulating content strategies, among other tasks.
As a Content Manager, you will play an integral role in curating, managing and optimizing technical content and creating informative and engaging materials that resonate with internal and external target audiences.
Assisting the Industrial Operations team in managing and developing content
Formulating and implementing a cross-platform content strategy
Writing, editing and proofreading content
Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability and ensure that voice, grammar and style is on point
Producing clear and concise documentation, manuals, guides, and other technical materials to support our services
Identifying internal and external stakeholder needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the current content
Collaborating with team members to develop new ideas
Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
Distilling analytics and complex concepts and language into content that is easily understood
Provide editorial, creative, and technical support to team members
Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging, branding and style
Staying up to date on industry trends to support content development
Conduct regular reviews and audits of existing content to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy and consistency
Managing and completing work on time for multiple content related projects
Here's what you need:
Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, Supply Chain, or related field
A minimum of 2 years' experience with content writing, technical writing, or copywriting experience
Bonus Points:
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint and SharePoint
Excellent writing and editing skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Effective communication skills
Experience in consulting, sourcing/procurement/supply chain management function
Strong critical thinker, self-starter who can take initiative with high-level direction and deliver client work with minimal supervision
Experience with graphic design tools for creating visual aids
Ability to work in an agile development environment
Travel:
This position is expected to require minimal travel, potentially up to 10%.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
