The Customer Success Modern Work team includes copilot seeks a Senior Consultant to provide project based consulting to plan and execute the Modern Work Customer Success field skilling plan including regular skilling workshop deliveries, skills inventory and tasks related to our business strategy tooling and reporting. Vendor must think strategically and be able to scope out a complex project based on business requirements and knowledge of Modern Work priorities and Customer Success roles.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience with Project Management skills including strong experience with written and verbal communication.
Minimum 3 years experience with deep tools knowledge including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and the ability to systematically organize data to enable structure and process.
Minimum 3 years experience with Stakeholder Management, business acumen, and client presence.
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
