You’re as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

Data Migration: Lead and oversee the data migration activities to ensure accurate and efficient migration of data from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.

Data Readiness/Data Quality: Develop and execute data readiness and data quality strategies to ensure all data meets the required standards for the new system.

Data Strategy for SAP: Define and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of the SAP S/4HANA implementation.

Master Data Governance/Management: Establish and maintain robust master data governance and management processes to ensure data integrity and consistency.

SAP MDG Leadership: Lead the SAP MDG process team, providing guidance, support, and expertise to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP MDG.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to understand data requirements, resolve issues, and ensure seamless integration.

Project Management: Manage data-related project activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate data-related risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices to support data management processes and end-user adoption.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

Minimum of 7 years experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including defining and implementing Data Strategies

Minimum of 5 years experience & in-depth knowledge of Master Data Governance and Management principles

Experience and proven ability to lead and manage at least 10 people with MDG process team in a Global Delivery model.

Demonstrated Project Management experience with the ability to manage 5 concurrent projects/tasks

Prior experience in a Consulting and/or Advisory role

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
