We’ve just added Residential Management to our portfolio and are looking for a full-time grounds maintenance technician.

Key Accountability for this Role:

· Daily grounds maintenance of commercial and residential properties, including trash pick-up, clearing mulch beds of weeds, debris, etc.

· Assist with spring clean-up of properties – install of new mulch and light plants

· Parts runs to Lowe’s, Sherwin Williams, etc.

· Assist maintenance techs with service calls and remodel/turnover jobs

· Provide other general property maintenance duties

Knowledge, Experience, Education Requirements:

· True “people person” with passion for maintenance and property management. Highest degree of professionalism at all times.

• All applicants MUST have a VALID driver’s license. Applicants must be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule. Some overtime/on-call services may be required.

• Working knowledge of the use and upkeep of commercial mowers, trimmers, broadcast spreaders and other various tools used for lawn care and garden maintenance preferred

· Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Superior time management skills. Thrive while working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 to $24.00 /hour

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Typical end time:

• 5PM

Typical start time:

• 8AM
