A non-profit multiservice agency in North Philadelphia is seeking a Coordinator for their Home Health program.
The Home Health Coordinator will be responsible for managing schedules of home health workers, coordinating sufficient coverage, conducting initial engagement calls with potential clients, and providing potential coverage for call outs.
This position is expected to be part-time, about 20 hours per week, and the vast majority of your work can be completed remotely.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Home Health Aide/Worker, have a working knowledge of computer programs such as Word/Excel/Power Point, and have familiarity with the online home health systems used in Pennsylvania.
A high school diploma is required.
