Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Direct Care Aide in the Canonsburg area.

Position Summary:
The Direct Care Aide provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.
This full-time position works a two-week rotating schedule of:
Week 1:
11pm to 7am Sunday and Thursday
3pmt o 11pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Week 2:
3pm to 11pm Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
11pm to 7am Tuesday and Saturday
Position Requirements:
- 18 yrs. or older
- Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance
- Valid driver’s license/auto insurance
- Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Nurses Aide, or Direct Support Professional is helpful, but not required.
