Property Management Assistant

Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

Accessible Space, Inc. a national non-profit organization is currently seeking a full time Property Management Assistant located in Saint Paul, MN.

The Property Management Assistant supports Property Management purchasing and maintenance operations in accordance with organizational and departmental policies, procedures and systems.
Successful candidate must have One year of previous successful experience in an administrative support role. Knowledge of general office practices and standard business operations. A working knowledge of MS Word and its applications and proficient computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally, effectively, and positively. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor the flow of paperwork with varied deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of people.
