What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support level 1 position at Acclive Inc?
Provide after support install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user and network hardware, scanning devices presentation equipment, software and other products in order to deliver required desktop services levels.
Receive and response to incoming calls, pages, and/or work orders regarding desktop problems.
Ensure that desktop connection, I’e network jack are in proper working orders
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer support: 1 year (Preferred)
- Windows: 1 year (Preferred)
- iOS: 1 year (Preferred)
