General Job Description:
Under general direction of department management, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting with all marketing activities for ACCO Engineered Systems (and subsidiary companies) as directed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop profiles focusing on customer/client demographics including who they are and how
to engage with them. - Assist with the development and maintenance of ACCO’s brand image and market awareness (including subsidiary companies) as directed, including quick turnaround collateral edits/adjustments and small projects.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for any and all branding questions related to ACCO Engineered Systems and its subsidiary companies. Review/Advise/Consult on brand requests as needed.
- Assist with the coordination of outsourced branding projects, including vendor management.
- Assist with brand management in the printed products, branded apparel and promotional products ecommerce sites and coordinate branded product fulfillment as needed.
- Assist with the maintenance of ACCO’s websites, including regular needs assessment, content edits/updates, and monitoring analytics.
- Assist with the collection and organization of data points from multiple sources to develop actionable insights in support of a wide range marketing projects.
- Update and create marketing collateral using existing InDesign templates.
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stay current on marketing concepts and trends for the construction industry, and provide input to ACCO management on communications methods and activities
- Assist regional offices with local marketing needs as requested by marketing management

Position Requirements (Skills, Work Experience, Education, Certifications, Licenses, etc.):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- 1-3 years related of experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Construction marketing experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite software.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Extremely comfortable with Microsoft Windows environment and Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- A driven self-starter with a strong work ethic to take the lead on initiatives and follow-through on commitments.
- Ability to work from different office and jobsite on occasion, as needed.
- Very organized with demonstrated ability to multitask.

Hours: This is a non-exempt position from Monday through Friday. Work hours begin and end between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, with one-hour break for lunch and two rest breaks. Eight hours per day is required and other occasional overtime may be necessary, per business needs.
Travel: 0 -5% of the time to and from the primary office to regional branch offices.
Competitive Wages:
$22.60 - $29.81 per hour. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
