Reservations Agent

What you will be doing:
- Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Your experience and skills include:
- Excellent customer service focused communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literacy in various applications and tools including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Windows.
- Knowledge of Opera Sales & Catering / Opera Sales Force Automation and Property Manager are assets.
- General knowledge of key Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
- Experience with content management systems to update and modify digital content preferred.
- Proactive and highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
