Our family owned company is looking for an office assistant. We have been servicing the St Louis area for over 35 years.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is dependable, well organized and has strong written and verbal communication skills.
You will be handling incoming phone calls, filing, reconciling checking accounts, paying company bills, invoicing, receiving payments (all through Quick Books), conducting overflow interviews, as well as occasional special projects.
Experience in Microsoft Office and Quick Books will be a plus and being a team player is a must!

Pay: $38,000.00 - $43,985.00 per year
