Job Description
Performs Front Office, Reception and Information operations, applying the organisational structure defined by the Welcomer Manager. Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset.
Promotes the Pullman brand philosophy through his or her exemplary attitude, behaviour, uniform and excellent communication skills. Is the hotel's coach in behavioural skills and quality management.
Ensures that the following elements are applied long-term throughout the hotel: the brand's service standards & the sustainable development policy
Contributes to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout their stay. Makes sure that all the means are operated for the respect for the quality charter.
Promotes the hotel's offer. Helps meet the department's quantitative targets through his/her sales efforts.

Additional Information
- Degree to Bachelor or equivalent, Diploma or higher studies in quality.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the Hospitality-Food & Beverage, or Leisure and Tourism.
- Knowledge of quality certification processes
- Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
