Job Description
This is a relocation opportunity to join our team at Ayer Rock Resort, Yulara, Northern Territory.
As a Operations Manager living onsite at Uluru, Ayers Rock Resort, you can knock off work for the day to watch a vibrant sunset over iconic and culturally significant landmarks, trade stories around a fire crackling on ancient red soil or look up at a sky filled with a billion stars.

Who we're seeking?
A passionate, fair, socially responsible and customer obsessed Operations Manager for our Desert Gardens Hotel offering at our beautiful Ayers Rock Resort. If you have grown your career throughout a multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations into Hotel Management, then this is the job for you.
Your day to day will be leading a diverse team by providing guidance to all department heads and working within our company commitment. This isn't any regular Hotel Manager gig you will have the chance to change lives of Indigenous Australian's by providing market leading training and employment programs while empowering a growing indigenous workforce.
