Accounting Support Specialist

An Accounting Support Specialist is needed in Arlington, TX is available as a direct hire permanent opportunity. If you have two plus years of well-rounded Accounting experience and knowledge of Billing, debits, credits and the accounting general ledger, this opportunity could lead to your long-term career. Accounting Assistant Job Responsibilities:
Create client invoices for billing purposes
Provide vendor customer service and train for resolution on inquiries
Provide knowledge regarding accounting debits and credits within the system
Assist with research if accounting entries are not producing correct results and help to reconcile and balance customer accounts
Research and resolve issues and take ownership on follow-up

Qualifications Profile:
2 years of Accounting or Bookkeeping knowledge including debits/credits and journal entries
Strong phone skills with a customer service attitude towards internal and external employees is needed for success
Patient demeanor and helpful attitude
Maintain Excel financial spreadsheets
General office, data entry and filing
Good Math/Accounting aptitude and willing to learn
Positive team member who is willing to cross train and learn their industry
