We are seeking to hire a Full time Administrative Assistant for our small office.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff members.
- Assist with order entry and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Coordinate office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Experience:
- Proficient in using Google Suite and other office software.
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with order entry processes and inventory management.
- Previous experience in office administration or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Pentagon System is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Office Hours: 8:30-5:30pm (Monday - Friday)
No Health Care Benefits; however, we have an excellent paid time off and paid holidays package.
$18-20/hr (Depending on Exp)
