**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle clerical tasks, and ensure the smooth operation of the office.
**Duties:**
- Previous experience in an office setting is a plus but not required
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Support office staff with general operational tasks
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in using phone systems and clerical procedures
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus
- Strong attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
