- The IT Technician II will be responsible for providing support to all internal users of the organization.
- Work cross functionally across different lines of business to support small to medium projects that impact the IT Infrastructure.
- Provide user documentation for all software processes implemented across the organization and serve as POC in training employees of new and improved technologies.
- Collaborate with leadership and corporate function teams in creating business improvements based on internal user activity.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT Support/Helpdesk position.
- Hands-on experience working within a Windows 10/11 environment.
- Technical experience working with MDM (AirWatch, InTune, Meraki), Azure AD, Office 365, SharePoint and printers.
- Strong customer-facing, interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with MaddenCo or Zebra Printers, highly desired.
