Maintenance Supervisor

The Southglenn Commons Condominium Association is currently seeking a full time experienced, qualified and dedicated Maintenance Supervisor for a community in the Southglenn area of Centennial, CO. You will maintain a 240 unit community and oversee vendors to ensure that you provide a quality living experience for our residents.

We believe in providing work/life balance which is why this salaried position collaborates with our Property Management company and 5-member Board of Directors to get the job done, while allowing you to enjoy your down time in our beautiful state of Colorado. We offer:

· $2,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-year commitment

· PTO starting from your first day on the job

o 2 weeks vacation 1st year

o 1 week sick time 1st year

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be expected to perform, and potentially train and oversee an assistant to ensure the following tasks are accomplished:

· Ensure the timely completion of work orders

· Maintain, service, and conduct minor repairs on building exteriors and equipment

· Perform a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of pool maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, appliance, roof and ladder, drywall, plastering, painting, irrigation, tree care and landscaping

· Boiler troubleshooting and repair

· Maintain the exterior of the property to provide clean and acceptable curb appeal at all times

· Liaise and monitor outside contractors

· Supervise other staff and approved temporary labor

· Snow removal

· Maintain required recordkeeping logs and reports

· Manage any other responsibilities as delegated by the Property Manager and/or HOA President

· Comply with established safety guidelines and procedures

· Must be willing to be on an on-call rotation

What You’ll Need:

· 4 years of hands-on general maintenance experience

· Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and a reliable vehicle

· Welding experience preferred

· Pool & Spa Inspector certification a plus

· Physical ability to bend, lift and carry 50 lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time when necessary
