About the Role:
Accu USA is looking for a Production/Quality Supervisor for our customer in Charleston. This role focuses on overseeing the repacking operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that align with customer and quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of leadership, quality management, and operational excellence to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the repacking operation, from resource coordination to process organization, to meet customer supply plans.
- Implement quality management systems, enforce compliance with standards, and initiate quality improvement activities.
- Conduct supplier oversight, including performance evaluation and capability enhancement.
- Uphold 5S and safety management practices, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and equipment inspections to boost productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze operation data, report findings, and oversee operator training and compliance with operational protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Business Management, or related fields.
- Over 5 years of relevant experience in operation/production management, with a preference for backgrounds in the automotive, electronics, or electrical automation sectors.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, or similar systems, coupled with strong planning, communication, and analysis skills.
- English fluency is required, with Mandarin speaking abilities being a significant plus.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
