Major Responsibilities:
Delivers booking targets/growth strategies and manages bookings forecasting for assigned territories reporting into regional sales manager and, aligned to Aftermarket leadership
Working with channel partners to identify underserved accounts and develop selling strategies to optimize customer penetration including direct interaction with end users
Responsible for providing technical consulting and commercial support to ensure aftermarket booking targets are met in defined territories
Provides input on customer solutions/ services offerings related to enhancing reliability and operational effectiveness for products
Develops detailed plans to deliver bookings/growth for territory within region in alignment with strategic plan
Works with product line managers and internal services organizations to ensure that channel/customers have the skills/knowledge needed to sell our services effectively
Stay informed on industry technology trends and standards
Works closely with RSMs, PLMs and Aftermarket organization to understand customer requirements and ensure provision of value-added solutions
Provides technical descriptions and content for services proposals
Booking, forecasting/reporting and pipeline management
Key account relationship management
Responsible for safety, ethics and other legal compliance requirements in alignment with Accudyne policy
Successful Candidate Will Have:
Capacity and willingness to grow in technical skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization (internal/external)
Services experience in oil, gas, or chemical processing industry
Knowledge of pump/compressor market
Channel/Distributor/EPC/Licensor experience
Experienced commercial negotiator
Presentation and customer relations skill
Desired Credentials:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Engineering or Manufacturing background a plus)
Sales background with technical background preferred
5-7 years or more fluid handling/rotating equipment/reciprocating experience required (pumps or compressors or pumps and compressors) preferred. Related experience considered.
Demonstrated accomplishment in executing service sales strategies
Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level of an organization
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
