What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector position at Accumatics, Inc.?
Searching for a well-experienced Quality Inspector to check outgoing components and verify parts currently running on the shop floor. Typical equipment used is micrometers, calipers, standard inspection gaging, vision systems, CMM's, and profilometers. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Responsibilities
- Verify operator set ups for new job runs
- Approve or reject operator runs prior to shipping
- Verify and complete simple inspection reports
- Operate automated inspection systems to perform complex inspection procedures
- Records keeping of various part runs and calibration records on inspection equipment
- Assist in the creation of corrective actions
Skills
- Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role
- Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
- Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
