Accurate Forklift is the largest independent forklift dealer in the state. Established in 1999 and based in East Point, Georgia we are expanding and looking to grow our team of mechanics and technicians. We believe that everyone who has the will to work and learn deserves equal opportunities.
We currently have an opening for a forklift mechanic to service our rental fleet. Primary responsibilities will be to be keep our rental up fleet up and running performing PM's and general repairs. In addition, our ideal candidate will also have experience and knowledge of the industrial truck business. We will consider a person experienced with engine, hydraulic and electrical systems, and/or strong mechanical experience.
Highly desired, but not required experience includes: ability to diagnose and repair different types of equipment and components, including electric, gas, diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems..
Skills and qualities you must possess include:
- Knowledge of forklift or automotive mechanics
- Ability to lift and handle 80lbs
- Work well with your hands
- Troubleshooting
- Proven team player
- Capable of working in all weather conditions and environments
- Proficiency with Windows based computer systems using a tablet and smart phone.
- In addition, you must have a clear MVR and be insurable. Can overcome the daily obstacles of Metro Atlanta traffic.
