Job Description:
- Operate a variety of machines, from manual equipment to CNC Lathes, to create parts with precision and accuracy.
- Ensure parts meet specifications by loading, unloading, cleaning, and labeling them with care.
- Keep machines running smoothly by performing routine maintenance and keeping maintenance logs up to date.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Take charge of scheduling and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in machining is required but you do not have to be fluent - open to training the right candidate!
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the field of machining.
- Bonus points if you're familiar with HASS Super VF2 Machining Center and HASS SL20 Lathe!
