Job Posting for Order Entry / Data Entry / Customer Service at Accutech Orthodontic Lab
Description:
As an Order Entry Specialist you will be responsible for administrative tasks involving answering phones and inputting orders from the orthodontist's prescription. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and time management skills. Do you enjoy speaking to customers on the phone? Schedule: 8:00 am 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Starting Wage: $14.00 per hour
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED equivalency, or currently enrolled.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Excellent attention to detail.
Neat handwriting
Great people skills and good phone presence.
Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time depending upon task being performed.
Ability to walk and carry parts, materials, etc. between departments.
Ability to see details at close range.
Proficient computer skills and understanding of computer networks.
Requirements:

Answer phone and assist customers as needed.
Perform data entry / order entry into lab software.
Retrieve emails to convert to digital cases.
Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional when dealing with all types of people.
Ability to differentiate between appliances to determine what is needed for each individual order.
Ability to recognize, understand, and explain product functionality to customers.
Ability to understand and apply procedures and work instructions for areas of assignment.
Ability to understand and follow requirements of the quality system procedure as defined in standard operating procedures and work instructions.
Safeguard and protect confidentiality of company and patient information as defined by the company’s Confidentiality Agreement.
Follow all safety requirements.
Understand and use personal protective equipment where required.
Understand how one’s performance can impact the success of the organization and product quality.
