What You’ll Do

• Manages accounts receivable invoicing and collections.
• 2Reconciles customer accounts; identifies refunds, delinquent accounts, and insufficient payments.
• Answers accounting inquiries through phone and email
• Verifies deposits and addresses inquiries from banks.
• Posts and reconciles daily batches from ServiceTitan to the general ledger.
• Reconciliation of daily credit card transactions and ACH transactions
• Prepares bank deposits.
• Reconciliation of company credit cards.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Processes and posts vendor bills.
• Assist in-person customers with their billing inquiries.
• Performs other related duties as assigned in the finance department.

What you need to succeed :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline preferred
• 2 years of accounting experience
• Sound knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
• Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct and / or ServiceTitan is a plus
• Able to pass a drug screening and background check (random testing may occur)
• Proficient with accounting software
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Physical Requirements :

• Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand for several hours up to a full 8-hour workday
• Talk and hear, both in person and by telephone
• Use hands repetitively to operate computers and standard office equipment
• Reach with hands and arms lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Close vision, distance vision

Compensation Details

$42,000.00-$48,000.00
