Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relations as well as scheduling, strong office settings and possess strong organizational, multi-tasking as well as strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls with a smile on the other end of the phone you set the tone for the call be professional with a friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage customer inquiries
- Verify account Information
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system
- Assist with scheduling and coordinate route flow
- Handle billing inquiries and process payments
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in fast pace office or similar setting
- Proficiency with front desk operations, customer service, and office procedures
- Knowledge of scheduling software such as Eaglesoft or Epic is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with office procedures is a plus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
