Picture this: you arrive at our bustling office, energized and ready to kick-start another day as a full- or part-time Plumbing Dispatcher. You dive right into action, fielding calls from our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service, and skillfully taking down their requests. As the master organizer, you effortlessly coordinate and schedule our expert technicians, ensuring they arrive at customer locations promptly and equipped with the necessary tools. Your quick decision-making skills shine as you prioritize service requests based on urgency and customer needs. Throughout the day, you maintain clear communication with both customers and technicians, making sure everyone is on the same page. By efficiently managing the daily operations of our dispatch department, you play a vital role in our mission to deliver top-notch plumbing services and customer satisfaction.

• Strong customer service skills

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

As a Plumbing Dispatcher at Ace Plumbing & Rooter, you will work on-site, typically work 2-5 days a week, from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Our office is conveniently located in San Francisco, CA.
