As an Independent Contractor Pool Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pool cleaning and maintenance services to our commercial and commercial clients. Your primary duties will include:
Duties:
Performing routine pool cleaning tasks, such as skimming, vacuuming, and brushing.
Testing and balancing water chemistry levels, ensuring optimal chemical balance.
Emptying skimmer baskets and pool cleaner bags.
Cleaning and maintaining pool filters and pumps.
Inspecting pool and pool equipment for any issues or malfunctions and reporting them to the office.
Providing recommendations for necessary repairs or equipment upgrades.
Interacting professionally with clients and addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintaining accurate records of pool service visits and completed tasks.
Utilizing company schedule and dosage calculating software
Requirements:
Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques, water chemistry, and equipment maintenance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to identify potential issues or hazards.
Reliable transportation to pull company trailer.
Valid driver's license.
Compensation:
Commission, based of a percentage of clients monthly fees.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
