Human Resources Generalist

Job Overview:
The Human Resources Generalist will provide human resources support to employees and leadership of ACE Surgical.

Responsibilities:

• General administrative duties in support of the HR function including, but not limited to data entry, scanning, and filing.
• Responsible for maintaining confidential employee files including benefits, training, and I-9 files
• Maintain updated organizational charts for assigned facility/facilities.
• Manage events for assigned facility.
• Provide reporting and payroll assistance utilizing HRIS applications.
• Perform recruiting tasks such as applicant sourcing, routing to managers and interviewing.
• Assist managers with coaching and development of employees.
• Develops and promotes positive employee relations and communication
• Provide counsel to managers on general employee relations issues, escalate to the Corporate Office when necessary.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of data accessed during the course of daily activity.
• Responsible for benefits open enrollment, leave management and worker's compensation claims submission.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Strong knowledge of performance management processes and tools
- Familiarity with workforce management systems like Kronos is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
