Our thriving counselling center needs an experienced Client Service Representative who can handle coordinating client and therapist schedule, accepting payments, file management and organization. We are looking for a professional who believes that clients should be treated as people rather than a number in a file and who understands the value of compassionate service. The position of Client Service Representative includes a significant amount of multi-tasking, but the ideal candidate will know when to slow down, looks clients in the eye and provide personalized service.

To qualify for this job you need to have the below minimum requirements and experience:
- High School diploma required.
- Medical office and electronic health record (EHR) experience required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings.
