Duration: 13 weeks with possible Extension.
Shift: 12 hour Night Shift Thur, Fri, Sat 1830p to 0700a
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/Week
Pay Rate: $21-$23/hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Administer medications under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Perform basic medical procedures, such as gastric lavage and sterile processing
- Assist with patient assessments and document observations accurately
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Provide specialized care for patients in memory care units or assisted living facilities
