Additional Information: REQUIRED Customer Relations Management (CRM) experience Data Analysis experience Database Management experience Preferred Donor Recognition and Stewardship experience Event Planning Support experience Hybrid - 60% on-premises / 40% remote Required Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; Or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Recommended Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university Required Work Experience: Related Field - 4 years of experience Recommended Work Experience: Required Certifications: Drivers License - Arkansas Department of Motor Vehicles Recommended Certifications: Description 1. Implements and coordinates a systematic and integrated donor relations program that fosters long-term engagement and investment. 2. Supports the Foundation team to create and implement customized experiences for high lifetime value donors and prospects. 3. Oversees all named spaces and donor signage at Arkansas Children's hospitals, clinics and professional buildings. 4. Plans, coordinates and manages a wide range of donor cultivation and recognition events and opportunities to deliver joy to donors. 5. Complete projects and other duties as assigned. 6. In compliance with Arkansas Children's Fleet Management Policy, drives an owned, leased, or personal vehicle frequently in the performance of essential job functions.
