Construction Superintendent
Job Posting for Construction Superintendent at ACGC, Inc
Eureka-based construction company looking for experienced Superintendents to manage small and large commercial projects varying from multi-family housing developments to public works remodels and new builds. Duties include:
- Project scheduling and coordination with subcontractors
- Interfacing with self-performing work crew, owners, inspectors, special testing companies, etc.
- Knowledge of local and state building codes
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Good communication skills to keep project manager aware of progress, any problems or delays
- Good recordkeeping skills to maintain as-built drawings and daily reports
Competitive pay based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, company car and gas card, some prevailing wage, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
