| Expert-level knowledge in planning, directing, and managing projects/operations in an organization similar in size to this acquisition |
| Expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to strategic planning and portfolio management |
| Fifteen or more years’ experience in developing enterprise architectures |
| Fifteen or more years’ experience in developing architectures with the DoD Architecture Framework |
| Fifteen or more years’ professional experience in Federal, Army, DoD, or IC; Army relevant experience is preferred in a related field |
| Fifteen or more years’ IT experience in Federal, DoD or IC |
| Proven experience with at least one full implementation of PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll functioning as Technical Lead or Lead Solution Architect |
| Five or more years of hands on experience with PeopleSoft architecture and PeopleTools including working with 3rd party interface tools |
| Shall possess at the time of award, and retain, an active SECRET security clearance |
| Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field, or equivalent experience |
