Job Summary :
The Process Innovation Manager works under the direction of the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer (CSTO) to lead and implement cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency, work-flows, and user experiences. Leverages technology to implement cross-functional process innovation and will be exposed to various types of technologies, functions, and people within the organization. Implements key ad-hoc initiatives, including the structure and practices, to better improve how we work and utilize data. Design metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Measure performance against process requirements and adjusts as appropriate. Provide consultation on the use of techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Present training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implements process innovation strategies of complex cross departmental improvements to deliver the required business outcomes
- Conducts process needs analysis using the standards established by the process manager. Compiles and communicates findings of process needs analysis and other key interested parties.
- Implements key ad-hoc cross-functional initiatives to optimized business processes. Examples include implementing digital reporting technology and integrating financial forecasting processes to HR systems.
- Bring new ideas, innovations and/or thought leadership for process innovation.
- Defines the metrics required to track adoption and compliance and assists in the creation of a “single source of truth” dashboard.
- Focuses on continuous end-to-end process improvement and automation
- Support various ad-hoc initiatives including board materials, strategy plans and reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. MBA preferred.
- 5 years of relevant experience in management consulting and/or finance.
- Experience with change management, process and financial innovation with proven track record of successfully leading projects from start to finish
- Understands the company's value delivery chain with the customer in mind and is able to build efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively motivate a team and partner with cross functional teams and senior management. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence others
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
Work Environment:
- Standard office environment.
- Up to 10% travel required, may be domestic or international
