Director of Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive the growth of our brand. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, creative flair, and a proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels. The successful candidate will have a strong background in research, analytics, and digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Define and refine the brand identity, messaging, and positioning to effectively communicate with target audiences.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including digital content, advertisements, and collateral.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for innovation.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including Google Analytics, CRM systems, SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other design software is preferred.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience in the foodservice industry is a plus.
