Property Management Operations Manager

Ackley Florida Property Management is hiring a talented and proactive Property Management Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires the candidate to oversee and work collaboratively with maintenance, leasing, the inspection team, and property management operations.

The ideal candidate must have experience setting, tracking, and reporting KPIs to senior executives. Their proven managerial experience will lead internal and external property staff to enhance tenant and client relations, maintenance, and property management to ensure our portfolio of single-family residential properties remains exceptionally well-represented and grows through referrals and reviews.

Our Operations Manager will possess a forward-thinking approach to optimizing clients’ asset values and the staff experience. They are excited about developing and implementing ongoing training for our internal teams to strengthen performance. They will work closely with our executive management on operating budgets, expenses, maintenance and leasing reports, and quality control strategies to help us stay at the top of our market.

Compensation: Competitive Salary of $65,000-$80,000 annually, Depending on Experience
